Three taps and DealerPronto sits on your home screen with its own icon — full screen, no address bar, and it stays signed in. Nothing to download from a store.
Safari only. Chrome, Firefox and Edge on an iPhone cannot add an app to the Home Screen — the option simply is not in their menu.
Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet and Brave all work.
Sign in once on that phone and the icon opens straight to your cars. Signing in on the phone's browser and inside the icon are two separate sign-ins — that is how phones keep apps apart.
New versions arrive on their own. When one is ready the app shows a single line at the bottom: Update ready — tap to reload. Nothing changes until you tap it, so it never swaps out while you are filling in a car.
The app opens and shows what it already has when the signal drops. Anything you save — a deal, a photo, a receipt — needs a connection, so save before you walk into a dead zone.
You are not in Safari. Copy the address, open Safari, paste it, and start again at step 1.
Normal. The icon has its own storage. Sign in inside the icon once, using the 6-digit code from the email.
That is what iPhone does with every link. Go back to the icon, tap "Have a 6-digit code from the email?" on the sign-in screen, and type the code.
Run the steps again. Nothing is lost — your cars, customers and settings live in your account, not on the phone.
