| How does my Pro trial start (or not start)?

The 14-day Pro trial starts only when you add your first real car to the app — never at signup. Until then your account stays on Free with no clock running, and when a trial ends you drop back to Free with all your data intact.

| How do I redeem my grad code?

Enter your Utah Dealer School grad code when you create your account (or later in Settings). It's worth 30 days of Pro, and it activates when you redeem it — so wait until you're ready to run real cars.

| How do I export my data and backup?

Settings → Export gives you your deals, customers, and rebuild log any time, and the same screen offers an encrypted backup file. Your data stays exportable even if you cancel and drop back to Free.

| How do I switch the whole tool's language?

One toggle in the app switches every screen, form, and reminder between English and Spanish — and on this site, the English | Español switch at the top of every page does the same.
