Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DealerPronto. By using the calculator or creating an account, you agree to them.

What DealerPronto is

DealerPronto is software that helps used-car dealers estimate auction bids, track deals, and organize compliance paperwork. It is a tool for your own decisions — not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any result or income.

Estimates and compliance are your responsibility

Auction fees, resale values, repair costs, tax rates, and legal requirements change and vary by situation. The numbers and reference tables in DealerPronto are planning estimates, verified as of the date shown in the app and confirmed to be accurate only against your own invoices and current rules. You are responsible for verifying every figure and for meeting all licensing, disclosure, title, and tax obligations that apply to your business. DealerPronto is not liable for decisions you make using the tool.

Financing tools are convenience calculations

Some plans include tools for dealer-financed sales: payment schedules, payment ledgers, payoff quotes, and printable account documents. These are convenience calculations and bookkeeping records — they are not contracts, not Truth-in-Lending disclosures, and not legal advice, and no document DealerPronto prints creates or modifies a legal obligation. If you finance sales, you own your own compliance: your contract forms, required disclosures, fee terms, and any filings your state requires are between you, your forms provider, and your attorney.

Accounts

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Don't use the service unlawfully or attempt to access other users' data.

Communications

When you give us your email — creating an account, joining the waitlist, or submitting a form — you agree we may email you about your account and the service, and occasionally about DealerPronto products and features and related offerings from DealerPronto LLC, such as Utah Dealer School courses and license-renewal reminders. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; opting out never affects your account or service messages.

Intellectual property

The DealerPronto software, the curated fee and compliance data, and the text and design of the service are the property of DealerPronto LLC. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own dealership. Copying, scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering the service — or using it to build a competing product — is not permitted.

Trial and billing

Signup is free forever — no card required. A 14-day trial of the Pro features starts when you add your first real car to the app, not at signup. Paid plans (Starter $19/month, Pro $49/month, Team $89/month for up to 5 seats, and the Partner seat at $29/month, in USD) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled case by case. Prices may change with notice.

Your data

Your saved data is yours. You can export it anytime and delete your account and all its data from Settings. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep DealerPronto running but don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
